All interests will remain on the public register for 6 months after the interest has expired, however, records will be retained by the CCG for a minimum of 6 years after the date on which it expired. These may be obtained by contacting tvccg.enquiries@nhs.net.
Conflicts of Interest Management
The CCG’s Standards of Business Conduct and Conflicts of Interest Policy applies to all its staff and specific Practice-based staff who are involved in some of the CCG’s activities. Any breaches of the Policy relating will be published here in line with statutory guidance. To-date, there have been no such breaches. The CCG’s Audit Committee Chair, Karen Dales, fulfils the role of Conflict of Interest Guardian and is supported by the CCG’s Head of Governance, Jacqui Keane and Head of Corporate Services, Kate Sutherland.
