If you are a parent/carer who has recently supported a child during the end stages of their life, your experience could help us improve local End of Life and Palliative Care Services.
We appreciate that this may be a very difficult time for you and that discussions around death and dying can be uncomfortable, however if you feel that you would like to and are able to contribute, we would appreciate your input into this work.
We are committed to ensuring that the services we provide to people who are in the last months of their life, known as end of life and palliative care services are patient centred, offering individuals and their families access to collaborative, co-ordinated care throughout their journey.
You can have your say as part of a period of public engagement to understand the views of those who have supported a loved one during the end stages of their life.
If you feel able to talk to us, please e-mail NECSU.engagement@nhs.net and we will contact you to arrange a one to one interview. If you need any further information regarding this engagement please e-mail NECSU.engagement@nhs.net
